My progression into Pilates instruction has been as natural as the life I have cultivated. My search for a truly balanced lifestyle has lead me through a career in cheffing and nutrition, as well as five committed years in kung fu training.
I first came across Pilates when it was recommended to me by my physiotherapist after doing some serious ligament damage to my knee during a kung fu sparring session.
Since then my journey has lead me to the beautiful practice of Pilates, and the promise of lifelong health, balance and vitality. I am a matwork teacher.
I believe that the key to happiness is in the details and this also applies to the way I conduct my classes. Exercise should be fun but effective too, in order to get the most out of your time.
I have also completed my specialised training to teach pregnancy and post natal clients. I did this through the Pilates Foundation and The Thoughtful Body. I am also a member of the IPTA (Independent Pilates Teachers Association)
